Here's a selection of US stores that sell shoes in larger sizes (which are therefore suitable) for tall women. Most of them have a selection of shoes in up to at least a (US) size 12. I'm always looking to add new stores to the list.

- ShoesGotSole.com - recommended by 6'2" Aikita who writes "They have shoes up to size 16 and they have very narrow to very wide. I would suggest, however, if you are a size 15+ to call and order. I ordered some 15's just because I was worried the 14's wouldn't fit. Even though the website said they had them, they were out. They did return my money and it only took about 7 business days for them to do it."

My 6'4" friend Monika writes: Please warn people about WomenShoesPlus - I think they've gone out of business. I ordered shoes a couple of months ago, and they've never come in. The phone is no longer being answered and emails aren't being returned even though they took my money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get the charged removed. It's so sad - they have great shoes at a great price!!! I've tried and tried to get a response from them, but it seems maybe they just tanked.
 6'0" Giovanni adds: I'm glad to see someone wrote in about WomensShoesPlus.com. I had the same exact experience. I'm currently disputing the charges on my credit card. They still accept payment, the shoes never arrive, and you can't reach anyone by phone or email.
